I think Barack Obama would have a good argument in any court system, that Donald Trump had no reason to attack him about his Birther issue, now I don't think Obama would come after him because thats simply not like him, yet if he did come after him for damaging his name, would he have a good shot? Considering Trump made a series of false states in various interviews where he was called out for lying about having investigators in Hawaii. Couldn't Obama say this may have damaged his book sales or something along those lines had he wanted to go after trump? |
